2. Products and Services

Banaras Rug offers handcrafted luxury rugs, each unique due to its handmade nature. Minor variations in design and color may occur. While we strive for accurate color representation, the actual product may differ slightly due to screen settings.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment can be made via credit card, UPI, or bank transfer. For custom or bespoke rugs, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping services across India and select international locations.

• Domestic Shipping: Free for orders above ₹10,000. Orders below this amount incur a nominal shipping fee.
• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and rug size. Additional customs duties may apply, and customers are responsible for these charges.

Delivery times:

• Ready-to-ship items: Delivered within 7-10 business days in India, 10-15 business days internationally.
• Custom orders: 6-8 weeks for production, with delivery 7-10 days afterward.

For remote areas, delivery times may vary. Orders can be tracked using a tracking link provided after shipment.

5. Returns and Cancellations

At Banaras Rug, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your rug, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

• Eligibility: Rugs must be returned in their original condition, unused, and without damage. Custom and bespoke orders, as well as items marked "Final Sale," are non-returnable.
• Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the rug, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Damaged or Defective Items: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective item for a full refund or replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability, in any event, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the purchased product.
