Easy Return Policy


We take pride in our handcrafted luxury rugs and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your rug, we’ve made our return process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: You may return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered, unused, and free of any stains, damage, or signs of wear.
  • Custom & Final Sale Items: Please note that custom orders, personalized rugs, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Rug pads, cleaning products, and items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations are non-returnable.

How to Process a Return

  • To start a return, please contact our customer support team at [email address] to receive a return authorization.
  • After receiving authorization, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at any [shipping carrier] location.
  • Please ensure that rugs are returned in their original packaging or in a suitable protective wrap like plastic sheeting or tarps to prevent damage during shipping.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned rug, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Please note that the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different rug, you can return the original rug for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the unlikely event that your rug arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
