Shipping Locations

We offer domestic shipping across all major cities in India. International shipping is also available to select countries. For specific destinations, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Costs

• Domestic Orders: Free shipping on all orders above ₹10,000 within India. Orders below this amount will incur a nominal shipping fee.
• International Orders: Shipping costs will vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Any additional customs or duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time frame

• Ready-to-Ship Rugs: Orders for in-stock items will typically be dispatched within 3-5 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days across India. International deliveries may take 10-15 business days, depending on the location.
• Custom Orders: Since we craft each custom rug with precision, please allow 6-8 weeks for production and an additional 7-10 days for delivery.

For remote areas, delivery times may be longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s journey in real-time.

Packaging

To ensure the safe and secure transit of your rug, we use eco-friendly, durable packaging. Each rug is carefully rolled and wrapped to protect it from damage.
